About the Role
We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join our team and support content execution and account management across multiple client brands. If you're organized, creative, and comfortable managing multiple social profiles, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule content across multiple client accounts
- Draft captions, source visuals, and maintain each brand's unique voice
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments and direct messages in a timely manner
- Track performance metrics and report key insights to the team
- Assist with content calendar planning and monthly reporting
- Stay current on social media trends and contribute fresh content ideas
- Support and oversee junior team members as needed
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of social media management experience
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Strong writing skills with attention to brand voice and tone
- Experience with scheduling tools such as Later or Sprout Social
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and a proactive communicator
- Experience with Canva or basic analytics tools is an asset
