We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist/Sales Assistant to join our team. This role is vital in providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting sales activities. Experience with medical or optical offices, QuickBooks, and ISAM is a plus. Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner at the front desk
- Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and direct calls appropriately
- Handle data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office and other office software
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure records are up-to-date
- Support sales activities by assisting with client inquiries and processing transactions
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently
- Perform clerical duties such as proofreading documents, preparing correspondence, and managing paperwork
- Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks when necessary
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly
- Support medical or vision office operations as needed, including patient support, appointment coordination and sales assistance
Qualifications
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Quickbooks
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with front desk procedures, multi-line phone systems, filing, and general office management
- Strong typing, proofreading, and organizational abilities
- Prior experience in customer support or sales assistance is preferred

Pay: $17.20-$21.00 per hour
