Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor dairy processing equipment to ensure efficient production.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Conduct quality checks throughout the production process.
- Assist with loading and unloading raw materials and finished products.
- Support maintenance activities and report any equipment issues.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
- Adhere to company policies and safety standards.
- Document production data accurately.
- Qualifications
- Prior experience in manufacturing or food processing preferred.
- Forklift experience
- Knowledge of safety standards and quality control procedures.
- Ability to operate machinery and equipment safely.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina for manual tasks and standing for extended periods.
- Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic understanding of dairy production processes is a plus.
