Responsibilities

- Assist customers with product demos, answering questions about features and benefits
- Maintain organized checkout areas and ensure merchandise is properly displayed and stocked
- Upsell products by highlighting promotions or complementary items to enhance customer satisfaction
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to minimize wait times and improve service flow
Skills
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred, especially with POS systems and cash handling
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing and balancing cash drawers
- Knowledge of merchandising principles to assist with product displays and organization
