Job Summary
We are seeking a Highway Dispatcher/ Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be proficient.
Experience with loadlink, xpert, or transportation management systems is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
- Provide information about products and services
- Assist customers with orders, inquiries, and issue resolution
- Enter customer data accurately into the system
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Utilize phone systems and maintain proper phone etiquette
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of 3PL, supply chain, or logistics is advantageous
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately
- Familiarity with geography canada and USA
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00-$30.00 per hour
