Overview
Our fast-paced design agency is looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and professional individual to join our team as the new Project Manager. The successful candidate will manage an in-house creative team, external consultants, and act as a point of contact with clients ensuring print/digital projects are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements
- Lead and coordinate multiple digital projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, estimations and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and adjust as needed to meet objectives.
- Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders.
- Manage project documentation and reporting.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovative problem-solving.
- Effective management of conflicting viewpoints
- Manage a small team of 10 professionals
Qualifications
- Proven experience (at least 5 years) in project management within a creative or digital agency environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Exceptional customer service skills to represent our company in all interactions with clients, staff, suppliers and potential clients.
- Experience with project estimations and proposals
Nice to Have
- Project Management Professional (“PMP”) or equivalent certification
- Knowledge of current digital landscape
- Strong preference may be given to those who have technical knowledge of building WordPress websites
- Strong preference for accounting experience
- Familiar with project management tools such as ClickUp & Function Fox
- Familiarity with: Google Adwords, SEO, HTML, CSS
- Experience working with government or large organizations is a plus.
