Position Overview
We are hiring 2 Customer Service Representatives / Kitchen Designers to support our dealer network. This role focuses on order processing, dealer support, and kitchen design, ensuring smooth and accurate execution from design to order fulfillment.
This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role working closely with sales, warehouse, and dealers.
Key Responsibilities
- Support dealers with kitchen design and layout using 2020 Design software
- Process and review dealer orders, quotes, and specifications
- Perform accurate data entry into internal systems
- Communicate with dealers regarding order details, revisions, and timelines
- Provide product knowledge and technical support
- Coordinate with warehouse and internal teams to ensure smooth order flow
- Assist in resolving order issues or discrepancies
Requirements
- Experience with 2020 Design software (required)
- Background in kitchen cabinetry
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to manage multiple orders in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills (English required; Chinese is an asset)
- Experience with CRM systems, Excel, and email communication
