What you’ll do:
In this role you will enhance profitability, security and safety at retail Co-ops and FCL Operations. You will assist the Asset Protection team to provide direction and support through security solutions, risk and compliance assessments, and risk mitigation recommendations, incorporation of best practices, training and awareness programs, and both internal and external investigations.

Travel to retail Co-ops and FCL locations and evaluate their risk management and control systems relative to the key risk in managing those facilities
Assist in training Asset Protection Leaders by providing guidance and training to retail Co-ops and the Asset Protection Leadership & Development program
Assist in developing a strong Asset Protection Program for FCL by identifying risks, evaluate the degree of risk, and develop solutions to mitigate those risks, in the areas of internal & external crime, losses due to human error, physical security, and incident & emergency response

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Asset Protection and:
You have a Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 3 years retail or Asset Protection and Law Enforcement or you have a Post-Secondary Diploma and a minimum of 6 years retail experience or Asset Protection and Law Enforcement experience (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered)
The following designations would be an asset: Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Professional Certified Investigator (PCI), Physical Security Professional (PSP), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Loss Prevention Qualified (LPQ), Loss Prevention Certified (LPC)
