Role Overview:
As the Operations Manager, you will be the driving force behind our Technical Support team's success. Your responsibilities will include supervising the Service Co-Ordinator, Team Leads, and Service staff, ensuring they work efficiently in a friendly and cooperative atmosphere. You'll work closely with the President and the VP Operations to implement service-related policies and contribute to the overall success of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support Service Co-Ordinator, Team Leads, and Service staff.
Collaborate with the VP Operations to optimize day-to-day operations of the Service Team.
Implement and refine service-related policies.
Foster a positive working environment that enables team members to excel.
Requirements:
Proven technical background to work with technical support team.
Proven experience in operations management.
