We have multiple researcher openings across key research areas that will be laboratory-based and that will work to support early stage biologic drug discovery programs. In these roles you will directly impact the therapeutic pipeline and will have opportunities to train on state-of-the-art technologies: high-throughput screening, nanotechnologies, robotics, data science and antibody display platforms. Well-suited applicants will have broad laboratory training, deep scientific curiosity and a positive approach to working in a team-based research environment. These individuals will also have a track record of creative problem-solving and enthusiasm for tackling difficult research challenges.

These are permanent roles that offer potential for advancement and career development. Successful candidates must reside in the Greater Vancouver area.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in biology or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with one or more antibody discovery technologies (e.g. hybridoma, phage display, single-B cell recovery, nanoscale screening, gel microdrops, NGS, etc.)
Assay development to support large molecule screening
Large molecule discovery and development
Mammalian tissue culture
Knowledge of high throughput screening methods
Demonstrated scientific analysis and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively
