We are looking for an experienced and talented pastry chef to take the creative and administrative lead in our busy pastry department. We require significant experience in the following areas: baking, fine pastry, plated desserts.
The person we hire will:
- Design beautiful pastry + keep up with latest trends and best practices
- Work with the pastry team, Executive Chef, management, the sales team and owner to elevate the brand in line with an upcoming company re-branding and website for 2020.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach, providing leadership with the kitchen team, the management team and customer relationships
- Work directly and collaboratively with the sales team
- Display leadership qualities, exemplary communication and team building attributes
