Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for all guests. Prior hotel or custodial experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in hospitality and industrial cleaning within a professional setting.
Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies to ensure a hygienic environment
- Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens as needed
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleaning tasks when required
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests courteously and efficiently
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, custodial work, or industrial cleaning is a plus; training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Reliable work ethic with a positive attitude
- Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain confidentiality of guest information

Pay: $15.00-$17.50 per hour
