Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient individual to join our team as a Midnight Shift Crew Member. This role is essential in ensuring smooth restaurant operations during overnight hours, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation, cashiering, and food industry operations, with strong time management skills to handle fast-paced environments.
Duties
- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
- Manage cashier responsibilities, including taking orders, processing payments, and upselling menu items
- Ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices to meet health and safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas during the shift
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to all guests
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure timely service delivery
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards
- Experience with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively during busy hours
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to handle food safely and maintain sanitation standards
- Kitchen experience or food industry background is desirable
- Capable of upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
