What You’ll Do
- Dispense and review medications with accuracy and care
- Provide patient counseling, medication reviews, and clinical services
- Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team
- Ensure compliance with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia standards
What You Bring
- Current licensure (or eligibility) with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia
- Strong clinical knowledge and excellent patient communication skills
- Retail pharmacy software experience (asset)
- A genuine passion for community-based patient care
Compensation & Perks – $65/hr + $30K Signing Bonus
- $65.00/hour – top of market for BC retail pharmacy
- $30,000 signing bonus – paid out as part of your offer
- Retention bonuses – additional long-term incentives
- RSP – 4% of base annual salary put towards a group RSP for you
- Short-term incentive plan – variable annual bonus for pharmacists
- Total paid time off: 4 weeks – 2 weeks vacation + 1 additional week off + 4 personal days
