We are looking for a Replenishment Analyst (Internally called a Replenishment Buyer) to join our ACE Bakery Replenishment Team at our Secretariat location in Mississauga. In total, we have five bakeries to replenish – four in the GTA and one in Gaffney, SC.
This position reports direct to the Replenishment Lead under the Artisan Category.
Accountabilities:
Demonstrate and uphold Weston Foods (Canada) Inc. core values.
In SAP - analyze and maintain ingredient and packaging inventory for our bakeries on a daily/weekly basis
Place PO’s in SAP, confirm orders and follow up with orders to ensure a timely delivery
Establish strong working relationships with both internal and external customers
Reconcile invoices for A/P, assist Shipping/Receiving, maintain Inbound Schedule and arrange for bakery to bakery material transfers
About You:
Post secondary education in Supply Chain or Business Admin
Previous experience in Procurement a fast-paced growing manufacturing company
1+ years’ experience in SAP Purchasing role
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel and Outlook, SAP an asset)
Must be a team player. Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Proven ability to thrive under tight timelines, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize workload, strong organizational and time management skills
