Position Summary: The Aesthetician must be trained and certified and have minimum 1 year experience in : Laser Hair Removal, Chemical peels, HydraFacials, Microneedling, Lash Lifts, IPL, Body Contouring, Fractional Ablation, Dermaplaning, body waxing, as well as providing other clinic service recommendations, and the assist in development and growth of in clinic sales.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide aesthetic non-invasive cosmetic treatments and services
- Make client services and treatment recommendations by analyzing skin types, educating guests regarding their aesthetic cosmetic treatment options and selecting the option best suited for the guest’s needs
- Gather clients medical history and inquire about contraindications: approve/disapprove guest plans for the aesthetic non-surgical cosmetic treatment, find suitable alternatives to contraindications.
- Accurately maintain and update client records.
- Provide client care, assessment, consultation, treatment planning, implementation and evaluation of treatments, to ensure the best outcomes for the client.
- Effectively and accurately manage the storage, administration and ordering of cosmetic and non-cosmetic supplies
- Organize and assist with the organization of special events, as well as their execution.
- Maintain and develop professional knowledge and clinical skills through regular and ongoing education and training in position and clinic specific procedures, practices, and services.
- Demonstrate and share knowledge of treatments, actions, and effects of recommended treatments.
- Develop a client base through active marketing, networking and promotion of personal and clinic brand across various marketing and networking mediums.
- Practice independently on all cosmetic treatments with company policies and protocols
- Practice and maintain a positive and constructive professional attitude and behavior toward: the completion of job responsibilities; team relationships; organizational goals and objectives and; organizational initiatives and sales objectives
- Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests from clients(in person or vial email, telephone, text and social media messaging), ensuring complete satisfaction
- Clean, sanitize, organize and maintain equipment and procedure room, to ensure a safe, sanitary and healthy procedure environment: launder, fold and store linens: report maintenance needs/concerns
- Attend all meetings, seminars and trainings as directed
- Support the vision and uphold the mission, values, policies and procedures of the company

Qualifications:
- Possess a thorough knowledge of the skin
- Possess excellent cleanliness and sanitation skills
- Knowledge of current esthetic treatment practices, products and trends
- One year or more experience preferred.
- Comfortable consulting patients regarding skin care needs, techniques and treatment plans
