We're looking for a Helper / Apprentice to join our team in Langley. This is a hands-on, tools-based role for someone with some trades experience who wants to keep building their skills and grow toward becoming a lead technician.
If you've spent some time in installations, carpentry, or electrical work — on job sites, through previous roles, or in the trades more generally — and you're eager to keep learning, we want to hear from you. No journeyman ticket required. We'll invest in the right person.
The Position
You'll work alongside our sign and lighting technicians on commercial building maintenance and renovation jobs for top brands across BC. It's a tools-based field role — not residential work or building management. You'll build on what you already know and pick up installation, electrical, carpentry, and maintenance skills along the way.
This is a great way to get your foot in the door with a specialist trade and grow into a lead technician career.
What We're Looking For
- Some hands-on experience in the trades — installations, electrical, carpentry, construction, or general building maintenance
- Any exposure to the electrical trade is a strong asset
- A genuine interest in learning the trade and growing with us
- Reliability, a solid work ethic, and personal drive
- Comfortable doing physical, hands-on work
- A team player who takes direction well
- A valid driver's licence in good standing
- Willingness to travel outside of Langley when required
