We are looking for motivated, people-oriented individuals to join our sales team as entry-level Customer Account Specialists. You will work directly with customers, learn about their current accounts and needs, introduce available solutions, and help guide them through decisions and account changes with confidence.
Previous industry experience is not required. Through paid training, hands-on learning, and ongoing mentorship, you will learn our products, systems, account procedures, and customer processes. We are looking for people who bring strong communication skills, curiosity, reliability, and a genuine willingness to learn.
What You'll Be Doing
- Connect with new and existing customers, building trust through professional and genuine conversations
- Review customer accounts and learn about their current services, priorities, and individual needs
- Walk customers through available products, services, promotions, and account options in a clear and approachable way
- Identify opportunities to improve existing accounts and recommend solutions that offer additional value
- Assist customers with new enrollments, upgrades, and account changes from the initial conversation through completion
- Respond to questions and concerns with patience, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Keep customer information and account records accurate, organized, and up to date
- Manage daily follow-ups and ensure customer requests are completed properly
- Work closely with your team and leadership to maintain strong service and performance standards
- Build your product knowledge and professional skills through ongoing coaching and daily experience

- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, reception, sales, or another customer-facing environment is considered an asset, but not required
- Full-time availability
- Availability to begin within 1–2 weeks is considered an asset

Pay: $43,500.00-$58,500.00 per year
