We are seeking a friendly and professional Wax Specialist to join our beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while performing body waxing services in a clean, sanitized environment. Duties
- Perform body waxing services with precision and care, ensuring client comfort and safety
- Provide customer service by listening to client needs and offering personalized recommendations
- Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards throughout all treatments and work areas
- Educate clients on aftercare procedures and product recommendations to enhance their experience
- Manage retail sales of skincare products, waxing supplies, and related items
- Keep treatment rooms organized, sanitized, and well-stocked for daily operations
Requirements
- Prior experience in body waxing or esthetic services is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and maintaining a clean work environment
- Ability to work efficiently while ensuring client comfort and safety during treatments
- Retail sales experience or interest in skincare products is a plus
- Excellent communication skills to educate clients effectively
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if required
