We are currently seeking a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our team. We are looking for a professional, dependable, and guest-focused therapist who takes pride in providing exceptional treatments and creating a genuinely relaxing experience for every guest.

- Provides consistently high-quality massage treatments
- Is comfortable providing both relaxation and therapeutic massage
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is professional, reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Maintains excellent hygiene, treatment room presentation, and professional standards
- Understands the importance of guest comfort, privacy, and confidentiality
- Works well independently while also contributing positively to a team environment
- Is receptive to feedback and committed to maintaining a high standard of service
- Is interested in building and maintaining a loyal guest clientele
- Has previous spa, wellness, or clinical massage experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate
Responsibilities
- Provide customized massage treatments based on each guest’s needs and preferences
- Review guest intake forms and identify relevant contraindications prior to treatment
- Maintain accurate treatment documentation as required
- Prepare and reset treatment rooms between appointments
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Provide a warm, professional, and attentive guest experience from beginning to end
- Communicate effectively with the front desk and other members of the spa team
- Participate in spa training and treatment education when applicable
- Follow all spa policies, procedures, and professional standards

Availability
Full-time and/or part-time opportunities may be available depending on availability and experience.
Qualifications
- Registered Massage Therapist certification
- Membership in good standing with an accepted professional association
- Current professional liability insurance
- Eligible to provide insurance receipts/direct billing as applicable
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
