Windshield Repair Technician – Full Time (Seasonal)
Proberta Windshield Repair is hiring a reliable, motivated Full-Time Seasonal Windshield Repair Technician to join our team for the 2026 season. This job is perfect for students and entry-level individuals.
Season
- Until late Oct-late November. Season will start up again in mid February to beginning of March
Pay & Earnings
- $17/hour + tips
- 10% commission
- Average take-home pay of around $1500-2000 per semi-monthly paycheque
- Consistent income with opportunity to earn more through tips and commission
Hours & Location
- Full-time: 40 hours per week
- Work at a dedicated repair tent location
- Semi-monthly pay schedule
What You’ll Do
- Repair vehicle windshields efficiently and professionally
- Provide friendly, customer-focused service
- Set up and work independently at our repair tent
- Represent Proberta Windshield Repair in a professional manner
What We’re Looking For
- Must have your own reliable vehicle
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Comfortable working with customers
- No experience required — we provide full training
- WHMIS an asset
