We are currently hiring for the following position: Customer Service Representative, Cashier, Playground Attendant, VR Attendant, Laser Tag Play attendant
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle inquiries with professionalism will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of service
- Explain and enforce playground and safety rules; ensure all health and safety protocols are followed
- Enforce waiver policies; assist guests in completing liability waivers
- Utilize POS systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist customers with sales, providing product information and recommendations
- Manage game card sales and redemption counter activities
- Restock counters and maintain appropriate inventory levels
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette while addressing customer concerns or complaints
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the facility, including the playground, gaming room, and shared spaces
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience
- Support cashiering duties as required during busy periods
- Assist in taking and managing birthday party bookings, including party room setup and sanitation
- Support birthday party coordination and service
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Positive attitude, problem-solving abilities, and a team player mindset
- Enjoy working with children and engaging with families
- Familiarity with sales techniques is advantageous but not mandatory
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Commitment to stable or long-term full-time work
