As a Computer Technician, you will repair and set up PCs, Macs, iPhones, and other devices, solve problems, and generally demystify technology.
Responsibilities can include:
- Repair, build, troubleshoot, and configure hardware & software
- Replace iPhone and other smartphone batteries & screens
- Identify and resolve security threats & scams
- Explain your work, verbally and in written reports
- Order, promote, and sell our products
- Deliver parts and services to customer's location (if applicable)
- Provide remote support by phone or internet
Core Requirements:
- Fluency in English
- Can legally work in Canada (no job sponsorship)
- Experience in computer diagnostics, repair, and assembly
- Reliable and energetic, with great communication and people skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a collaborative environment
Preference may be given to applicants who bring one or more of these additional skills:
- Recent professional experience or certification in one or more of: Apple (iOS, macOS, hardware service), Microsoft (Windows, Windows Server, 365, Azure), Linux, Android, Sonicwall, Cisco, and EnGenius.
- Other relevant experience, including onsite service, customer service, and retail sales.
- Valid driver's license

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
