We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative – Home Services to help us grow our presence in Winnipeg and surrounding areas. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, taking action, and seeing the direct impact of their work on families and communities.
This is a sales-focused role designed to generate leads, book client assessments, and convert prospects into paying clients for our integrated home support offerings (home care + cleaning). The position requires high daily activity, disciplined follow-up, and consistent execution of proven sales processes. Your primary focus will be prospecting, relationship building, and closing sales for home support services.
The ideal candidate is action-oriented, resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable with consistent outbound sales activity outreach in a healthcare and home services environment.

What You’ll Do
- Connect with families, seniors, and community partners to introduce Prescare’s home services.
- Generate new leads and book client assessments.
- Build relationships with referral partners in the community.
- Follow a structured sales process and track activity in our CRM system.
- Contribute to a positive, accountable, and growth-focused team culture.
Who We’re Looking For
- Someone who is comfortable with outreach, conversations and follow-up.
- A self-starter who enjoys creating opportunities rather than waiting for them.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or home services is an asset, but not required.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally.

Experience
- 1–2 years of sales or business development experience
- Proven success in prospecting, territory growth, or outbound sales
- Experience in service-based industries (healthcare, home care, home services, cleaning, etc.)
- Understanding of senior care needs and family decision-making
- Comfortable presenting to seniors, families, and community partners
Preferred Assets
- Experience in healthcare, home care, or residential services
- B2C and/or B2B sales experience
- Community connections within Winnipeg
- Bilingual (English/French)
- Post-secondary education preferred
