Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead complex projects and initiatives across multiple teams and departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, extensive knowledge of project management methodologies, and expertise in managing cross-functional programs. Duties
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale programs utilizing methodologies such as Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, and PMBOK.
- Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and resources to ensure successful implementation aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through effective communication, presentation skills, and organizational strategies.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to facilitate requirements gathering, project planning, risk management, and quality assurance.
- Utilize tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Trello, Primavera P6, Workday, ServiceNow, and Project Server for project tracking and documentation.
- Conduct data analysis and collection to inform decision-making processes related to project performance and program outcomes.
- Implement change management strategies to adapt to evolving project needs while maintaining compliance with organizational standards.
- Supervise team members and manage vendor relationships to ensure accountability and high-quality deliverables.
- Drive product development initiatives including requirements management, product management, and project implementation phases.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and develop comprehensive project plans using Visio or similar tools.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in program management with a strong background in IT project management and product development.
- Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, PMBOK, Kanban, and Scrum frameworks.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Trello, Primavera P6, Workday, ServiceNow, and Project Server.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with supervising experience in team management and vendor oversight.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Excellent organizational skills with expertise in requirements gathering, risk management, budgeting, scheduling (using tools like Primavera P6), and time management.
- Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle ERP is a plus.
- Data analysis skills using SAS or similar platforms for informed decision-making.
- Knowledge of product management processes including requirements management and product lifecycle development.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with stakeholders at all levels while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
