**Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in data entry, customer support, and general office tasks. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the smooth operation of our office.
**Duties:**
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and photocopying
- Provide customer support by answering phone calls and responding to inquiries
- Manage front desk operations
- Assist with maintaining office organization and cleanliness
- Assist with routing drivers, adding jobs to work orders
- Assist management with other assigned duties
- Ensure drivers are performing end of day duties and signing off on tasks
**Experience:**
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
- Experience as a clerk or in a similar administrative role
- Proficiency in Google Maps, Excel, Outlook
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with phone systems and handling incoming calls

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
