Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Woodworker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and woodworking, with experience in various construction and manufacturing environments. This role involves creating, repairing, and installing wood products with precision and craftsmanship. The Woodworker will collaborate with project managers to deliver high-quality results that meet specifications and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to determine project requirements
- Cut, shape, assemble, and install wood components
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and other woodworking equipment safely and efficiently
- Measure accurately and ensure all work adheres to project specifications and safety guidelines
- Collaborate with team members on project planning and execution
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency
Requirements
- Proven experience in woodworking, carpentry, or related construction fields
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans effectively
- Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and other woodworking equipment
- Familiarity with construction estimating,and handyman skills is a plus
- Heavy lifting ability and physical stamina to perform demanding tasks throughout the workday
- Strong attention to detail with excellent craftsmanship skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a friendly environment
- Relevant certifications or training in construction or woodworking are preferred

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
