Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Administrator to join our team. This role is vital in supporting sales operations, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, proficiency in office software, and excellent customer service abilities to contribute to the efficiency and professionalism of our sales team.
Duties
- Assist in the creation, formatting, and delivery of accurate client proposals and bids for commercial and residential integration projects
- Input new clients and approved contracts into QuickBooks Online for streamlined invoicing and financial tracking
- Organize and manage digital project files and standard operating procedures (SOPs) within Google Workspace
- Handle data entry with accuracy and efficiency, including order processing and invoicing
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks including proofreading documents, preparing quotes, and scheduling meetings
- Utilize Google Workspace applications for daily tasks
- Perform bookkeeping duties related to sales transactions and account management
- Proven clerical or administrative experience, preferably within a sales or office environment
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and computer skills necessary for data entry and document management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Receive project materials from shipping and pick orders
- Attention to detail for proofreading and maintaining accurate records
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with team members
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative certifications are advantageous
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
