The Role
NOTE: This role is not for a Cabin Attendant or Flight Attendant position
We provide bespoke experiences for our luxury clientele, and our Cabin Experience team members pride themselves in ensuring an unparalleled high-end service is consistently delivered each and every time our clients fly. In this exciting position, you will deliver the best possible experience for our clients by ensuring all aircraft are cleaned (interior/exterior), stocked and ready for service. This role works in 10 hour shifts, with 4 days on and 3 days off. Flexibility in hours for this role is an asset.
Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly clean the interior areas of the aircraft cabin, including vacuuming carpets, wiping down tables, walls, and windows, and removing trash from seat pockets
- Ensure cleanliness, tidiness, and safety of the galley and crew areas on the air plane and common areas including lavatories and office areas when required
- Regularly detail the aircraft exterior by polishing, protecting, and cleaning the aircraft as well as related equipment
- Provide superior client experiences by valeting their vehicles upon arrival and providing a thoroughly cleaned vehicle when they return
- Collaborate with the cabin services team to maintain adequate stock levels, inventory count, and assist with shop supply orders
- Assist with pick-ups, deliveries, and meeting specific client requests
- Report equipment malfunctions and health and safety concerns to the duty manager
- Uphold high standards of safety and security at all times
- Support special projects, flight operations, and the maintenance team with assigned miscellaneous duties
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and any relevant certifications in aviation would be a plus
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry, with a passion to be part of the exciting world of aviation
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential, as you'll juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in our fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are key, allowing you to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels with a friendly and approachable attitude
- Demonstrated ability to provide white glove service, and constantly exceeding customer expectations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle/lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs)
- Must possess driver’s license
Please note that you will be required to work in an environment where alcohol is present. Although you will not be directly responsible for serving alcoholic beverages, you may be tasked with the stocking and disposal of alcoholic beverage bottles from in and out of aircraft. Additionally, the nature of this role may require you to handle and use various cleaning agents and chemicals to perform your assigned tasks.
The role will require you to have a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC) in order to perform job duties. Anderson Air supports team members in obtaining this RAIC license should this be needed.
