Job Description
We are looking to hire a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Desk Associate to support customers and front-end operations. This role provides assistance with refunds, returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries while maintaining accuracy, security, and compliance with Walmart’s policies and procedures.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Process refunds and returns in accordance with company procedures and complete all required documentation accurately
- Assist customers with refunds, exchanges, questions, and directions in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales tax-exempt records according to company guidelines
- Send damaged merchandise to Claims for processing and verify returned items against refund slips
- Ensure returned merchandise is scanned correctly before being placed back on the sales floor
- Support a smooth and efficient customer service desk operation in a fast-paced retail environment
- Maintain attention to detail and accuracy while handling a high volume of customer and merchandise transactions
- Work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and documentation requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing transactions and merchandise
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending and lifting items weighing up to 20 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Pay: $18.80 per hour
