Studio & Content Coordinator (Part-Time)
DAUB + DESIGN | Vancouver, BC (Main + Broadway)
$22–28/hour | Part-Time (16–24 hours/week)
DAUB + DESIGN is hiring a Studio & Content Coordinator to help lead the day-to-day experience of our Vancouver studio while supporting our digital presence online.
DAUB is a women’s clothing brand designing comfortable, versatile wardrobe essentials made in Canada. Since 2010, we have focused on creating clothing that helps women feel comfortable, confident, and at ease in their everyday lives.
Our clients value softness, quality, fit, and thoughtful design. Many have been shopping with us for years and trust us to help them build wardrobes that feel effortless, polished, and comfortable.
We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with women, has strong visual taste, and feels equally comfortable helping a client in the studio and filming a quick product video for Instagram.
This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, creative, and takes ownership.
About the Role
This is a hybrid role combining:
- Client experience and retail sales
- Studio merchandising and organization
- Content creation and digital support
You will help create a warm, high-touch in-person experience while also supporting the daily execution of DAUB’s online presence.
This is a small business environment where every role matters.
This is not a passive role for someone waiting for direction during quiet moments. When client traffic slows, there is always meaningful work to be done.
We are looking for someone who notices what needs attention and takes initiative to handle it.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Experience & Retail Sales
- Greet and assist clients in the studio
- Provide thoughtful styling, fit, and sizing support
- Recommend products based on client needs, lifestyle and past purchases
- Process in-store purchases and daily retail sales
- Support customer follow-up after appointments, events, or special orders
- Help build long-term client relationships through exceptional service
- Contact clients as needed for events, promotions, restocks or new product launches.
Our clientele is largely women 35+, many of whom value genuine connection, honest fit guidance, and personalized service.
Studio Operations & Merchandising
- Restock and steam garments for the sales floor
- Maintain visual merchandising and product displays
- Keep the showroom polished, clean, and organized
- Pack and ship online orders
- Support inventory movement and product organization
- Flag low stock, merchandising opportunities, or product issues
You should naturally notice details such as:
- Something wrinkled that needs steaming
- A rack that feels overstuffed
- A display that could sell better with adjustments
Content & E-Commerce Support
- Capture product photos and short-form video content using a smartphone
- Film behind-the-scenes moments, product features, styling videos, and customer try-ons
- Edit simple, polished content for Instagram Reels and Stories
- Post Instagram Stories and social content
- Assist with Shopify product updates and website merchandising
- Update collection pages, homepage features, and product organization
- Support email marketing preparation (product links, images, layout support)
- Help monitor customer messages and digital inquiries
