Who we need:
Reporting to the Associate Registrar , the Records & Registration Officer is a student-service role responsible for, processing student registrations, providing students with letters and transcripts, and ensuring the accuracy of the student academic record. This role also contributes to a working environment where all team members can be their best selves, grow and thrive, to support our corporate mission of championing student success.
What you will do:
- Support with the completion of the day-to-day responsibilities of the Office of the Registrar team, to aid the corporate strategic imperatives and provide exemplary service to students while enhancing the backend processes that enrich the overall student experience.

Facilitate and assist with the collection, review and analysis of data, the adherance to policies and procedures, campus activities and student help, to support the administration of the student admission and registration functions.

Collaborate with colleagues in other teams and may assist with small projects or cross-functional initiatives, to support the strategic imperatives.

Prepare and process diploma parchments, transcripts and other document requests to ensure accuracy of the student record.

Responsible for processing all transactions on the student record.

Contribute to a positive corporate culture that supports equity, inclusion, learning, and wellness.

Uphold the integrity of academic policies and complies with provincial and federal legislation.
What you bring:
- 2+ years of experience in a university or college in an administrative function. Experience withrecord maintenance, customer service and student information systems is considered a strong asset

Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in a related discipline (or international equivalent).

Ability to demonstrate knowledge and/or experience in post-secondary academic policies, procedures, academic programs, and customer service .

Experience working in fast paced settings considered an asset.

Verbal and written communication skills; experience with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams).
