Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable Bartender’s and Server’s to join our team at The Garden On King in downtown Chatham. In this role, you will craft delicious cocktails, food, and ensure our guests have an exceptional experience. This position is vital in helping us create memorable moments for our patrons.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages with precision and flair.
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage POS transactions accurately using Clover POS system.
- Ensure all food safety and handling standards are strictly followed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless guest experience.
- Handle cashing out and cashiering duties efficiently.
- Stay informed about menu updates and promotions to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role within the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems, especially Clover POS.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
