Qualities
You fight for it in everything you do. At Rumble, we fight for it inside and outside of the ring. We never settle for second best and we are not afraid to fight for what we believe in. Everyone at Rumble has a true fighters spirit, and as a Personal Training Lead you will fight for your team, but you also know what it takes to keep a team in line.
You are a Team Player. There is no “I” in Rumble. We work together, and we work as a team. We have each other’s backs and we expect that attitude from all of our employees. It is the Personal Training Lead responsibility to ensure the Training team is operating at maximum efficiency to achieve results.
You can multitask. You'll be responsible for a key element of the business, which means it is critical to be able to multitask effectively. The Personal Training Lead is expected to be able to manage the training team independently, which includes scheduling, systems and procedures, file and document management, team communication, as well as sales execution and tracking.
You can manage your time effectively. A Personal Trainer will juggle a full client schedule with overseeing sales execution of a team for a single location. A growing team demands a highly involved, detailed manager with the ability to handle many different areas of focus at the same time.
You have a fire inside and strive to be 1% better every day. Everyone working at Rumble is always hungry for more. You never settle and nothing is ever “good enough”. You must have an internal fire that will drive you to push further than you did yesterday. A Personal Training Lead at Rumble must also be able to transfer this philosophy to their team to be able to push themselves further to achieve their goals.
You have a keen eye for detail. At Rumble we run a tight ship. You will be the eyes and ears on the ground and need to be able to identify and address inconsistencies as they arise. We have an extremely high standard of product and services, including studio cleanliness, staff presentation and service delivery. There are no “little details” at Rumble. Every small detail is important and should be addressed as such.
