Construction Labourer (Growth Opportunity)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Exterior and interior waterproofing work
- Excavation, foundation repairs, and drainage systems
- Working as part of a team on residential and commercial projects
- Developing hands-on skills with long-term growth potential
Role Expectations:
This is physically demanding, hands-on construction work.
Success in this role requires reliability, consistency, and a strong work ethic.
Compensation:
- $25 – $28 per hour, based on experience
- Wage review after 90 days, with potential increase based on performance

What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of construction experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Interest in long-term growth and development
