A & B Tool Rentals is looking for a Branch Manager who wants to build something, not just manage it. As we continue to grow, we're looking for leaders who enjoy developing people, improving operations, and helping drive the success of their branch. If you like taking ownership, making decisions, and seeing the results of your work, you'll fit right in.
You'll be responsible for supporting your team, creating a great experience for customers, and making sure the branch runs smoothly every day. We're not looking for someone to simply maintain the status quo. We're looking for someone who likes finding better ways of doing things and takes pride in helping both their team and branch succeed.

Skills/Attributes
- 3+ years of leadership or management experience
- Experience in the equipment rental, construction, industrial, or related industry
- Strong leadership and people development skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Organized and able to prioritize in a fast paced environment
- Comfortable making decisions and solving problems independently
- Tech savvy and quick to learn new systems
- Can fluently speak, read, and write English
