We are currently hiring for an open-minded and detail-driven HR/SHEQ Administrator based out our Nisku, Alberta location (next to the Edmonton International Airport).
As a HR/SHEQ Administrator, you will be tasked with ensuring our VTA (Virtual Training Assistant) and ESG (Environment Social Governance) information is collected and verified. This work includes, but may not be limited to:
- Ensuring adherence to Sarens safety policies;
- General administration of data entry into VTA and ESG systems.
- Completing any paper work requested and/or required by HR and/or SHEQ;
- Health and safety reporting as needed and in conjunction with Sarens SHEQ Manager.
- Other duties as required.

- Between 4-5 years of experience in an administrative role;
