We’re known for quality workmanship, clear communication, and reliable project management.Role SummaryWe’re looking for a Casual/Part-Time Sales & Customer Service Quoter to help manage incoming leads, respond to customers, build quotes, and follow up to close work. This role is ideal for someone who’s organized, confident on the phone, and comfortable discussing pricing and scope.Hours will flex depending on lead volume and project demand—perfect for someone who wants part-time work that can grow over time.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Lead Response
- Reply to new inquiries (phone/email/messages/lead platforms) in a timely, professional way
- Ask questions to understand scope, timeline, and budget
- Keep customer communication clear, reassuring, and organized
Sales & Follow-Up
- Book estimates/site visits and keep scheduling organized
- Present quotes clearly and confidently
- Follow up with customers to answer questions and close approvals
- Track where each lead is at (new / quoted / follow-up / won / lost)
Quoting Support
- Prepare quotes using company templates and pricing guidelines
- Write clear scopes of work (what’s included/excluded)
- Coordinate with the owner/team to confirm details when needed
Admin & Coordination
- Maintain accurate notes, photos, and customer files
- Support handoff from “sold” to “scheduled” so jobs start smoothly
Requirements
- Experience in sales and/or customer service (construction/renovations is a strong asset)
- Strong communication skills (especially phone and email)
- Organized and reliable with follow-ups (no dropped leads)
- Comfortable learning quoting templates and basic construction service categories
- Valid driver’s license is an asset (if site visits are ever required)
Nice to Have
- Renovation estimating/quoting experience
- Familiarity with Jobber, CRMs, Google Workspace
- Knowledge of common renovation scopes (bathrooms, basements, drywall/paint, flooring, tile)
What Success Looks Like
- Leads are responded to quickly and professionally
- Quotes go out on time and are easy for customers to understand
- Follow-ups are consistent, improving close rates and reducing lost opportunities
- Customers feel taken care of from first contact to booking
Pay: $18.89-$39.49 per hour
