Now Hiring: High-Performance Sales Representatives (Commission Only)
We are expanding and looking for experienced, motivated, and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our growing team in the window and door industry.
This is a 100% commission-based role (5% on all sales) with no caps on earnings. Your income is fully performance-driven — the more you sell, the more you earn.
Compensation
- 5% commission on all sales (no tiers, no limits)
- High-ticket residential and commercial projects
- Unlimited earning potential based on performance
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Work is primarily on the road
- Targeting both residential homes and commercial businesses
- Appointment-based and door-to-door sales, depending on lead flow and strategy

Requirements
- Valid G2 or G driver’s license
- Reliable vehicle
- Willingness to travel daily for client meetings and site visits
Experience Required
- Minimum 3+ years of sales experience
- Strong knowledge of the construction industry (preferred)
- Experience in windows and doors sales is a strong asset
- Proven ability in closing deals in a field sales environment
