Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the operations of our projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. As a Laborer, you will work collaboratively with team members to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. We have both in town and short term out of town projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Load and unload materials as needed
- Follow instructions from supervisors and project leads
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Perform physical labor including lifting, digging, and carrying materials
Experience
- Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus
- Strong work ethic with a focus on teamwork and collaboration
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed
