We are currently looking for dynamic and results driven associates who enjoy working on a great team for our Nepean store located at 290 Hunt Club Rd West, (half way between Merivale and Prince of Wales).
As a Sales Professional in a store environment, you will be given the opportunity to grow and develop while making an impact working for a high performing organization. You are a solution finder who enjoys helping customers find the perfect furniture, appliance or bed to satisfy their own particular needs. Using your superior interpersonal skills, you are able to successfully convert customer opportunities into results.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Exhibit outstanding communication skills to uncover your client's needs & wants and assist them in purchasing the right solutions for their home.
- Utilize your selling skills to develop excellent client relationships creating returning business for yourself.
- Meet or exceed established goals, which include: profitable sales volume, extended service plans, and quality service goals.
- Demonstrate client centricity at all times; staying with the client throughout the duration of their visit at the store, to providing follow ups and updates until their delivery date. Ensuring the client has the opportunity to experience why our motto is: "A Better Experience!".
Take pride in the appearance of the store, working together with your team to ensure the store is always presentable.
- Take charge of your own development by participating in Professional Development programs as outlined by the Company's required & recommended training materials.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- You have a real desire to know about furniture, bedding and appliances.
- You have proven selling skills and your experience in other retail environments is definitely a bonus!
- You exhibit strong communication, organizational and relationship building skills.
- You are self-motivated and driven with a penchant for excellent customer service.
- You are well-organized with a disciplined ability to follow through.
- You have experience with the most used computers programs and are able to learn in-house applications.
- You have strong computer knowledge.
- You understand the importance of punctuality.
Must be able to work Weekdays, Evenings and Weekends.
