We are seeking an energetic and safety-focused Material Handler to work at our Burnaby facility!
Schedule: Afternoon shift, 2:30pm to 10:00pm.
Compensation:
- $31/hr to $35/hr based on experience
- Monthly, uncapped profit-sharing

Responsibilities:
- Organizes materials into well-arranged piles
- Handles materials to meet customer requirements
- Transfers materials in and out of bins, dumps, trailers, and railcars
- Recognizes potential risks and takes steps to maintain safety and environmental standards
- Carries out routine upkeep, including inspections, lubrication, and blade adjustments
- Operates independently when working off-site
Qualifications:
- Experience or training in operating various heavy equipment, including excavators, mobile shears, material handlers, and wheel loaders
- Previous work with metals or in demolition is considered an advantage
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Familiarity with standard safety procedures
- High school diploma or GED certification
- Ability to pass regular random drug and alcohol screening
