Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced caretaker for our two children (aged 9 and 10) The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children with special needs ( our eldest has exceptionalities) and support their development through engaging activities and positive interactions.
- This position is part time, and the hours are fixed, Friday and Saturday evenings from 5pm-10pm with the opportunity to pick up more shifts occasionally.
-Prior experience in childcare is a must.
-Proximity to the east end of belleville is a bonus!
Skills
- Experience with children in various settings, demonstrating an understanding of their needs and behaviors.
- Strong caregiving skills, providing attentive care that promotes well-being.
- Familiarity with working with people with disabilities is a plus, enhancing inclusivity in care practices.
- Teaching skills that enable you to guide children through learning experiences effectively.
