The School of Trades & Technologies is looking for a Conditional Continuous Appointment (Probationary) Heavy Equipment Technician Faculty Member to teach and develop curriculum in the Heavy Equipment Technician Apprenticeship program beginning August 4, 2026.
The successful candidate will be expected to be an active member of the faculty and the college community, participating fully in activities undertaken by the program on and off campus.
Job Duties will include:
- Maintain, develop and instruct the theory and shop components of the Alberta Heavy Equipment Technician Apprenticeship program
- Ongoing planning and curriculum review
- Participate in school, program, and other polytechnic service committees
- Program promotion and student recruitment
