The Opportunity
Due to continued growth, we are looking to add an energetic, organized, and hands-on Receiving Supervisor to our Operations Team.
Reporting directly and working closely with the Receiving Manager and/or Warehouse Manager, this role will help oversee key areas of receiving operations, including inbound product flow, inventory accuracy, storage organization, team support, and cross-department coordination.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys balancing team support, operational efficiency, coaching, inventory control, and problem solving in a fast-paced industrial distribution environment.
The successful candidate will be visible on the floor daily — leading by example, supporting the team, driving accountability, and continuously looking for ways to improve receiving operations.
What You Bring
You are someone who:
- Has experience supporting or leading frontline team members within an industrial distribution or warehouse environment.
- Thrives in fast-paced operations and enjoys solving problems and improving processes.
- Has strong receiving, inventory control, and warehouse organization experience.
- Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and takes pride in maintaining efficient and structured operations.
- Embraces technology and enjoys using systems and data to improve workflow and productivity.
- Is confident using ERP systems and Microsoft Office programs, including Sage 300, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Enjoys coaching, training, and developing team members.
- Is procedure-driven with strong follow-up and accountability skills.
- Is collaborative, approachable, and solution-focused.
- Enjoys multitasking, adapting, and wearing multiple hats throughout the day.
- Has a “roll up your sleeves” leadership style and enjoys spending time on the warehouse floor supporting the team.
- Is physically capable of meeting the demands of warehouse work, including lifting, bending, moving, and carrying product.
- Has forklift experience or certification, which would be considered an asset.

Pay: $67,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
