A1 Tutorial is a well-known tutoring center in Montreal, offering admission prep courses for top high schools as well as school-year and summer programs for elementary and high school students. We help Montreal families give their children the confidence and tools they need to succeed.
The Role
We're looking for a creative, organized, and digitally-savvy person to manage A1 Tutorial's website and social media presence, and support our student enrollment campaigns (back-to-school, summer classes, admissions).
Responsibilities
- Manage and update the website (content, schedules, programs, registration forms)
- Manage and grow our social media accounts (Facebook and other relevant platforms)
- Build a content calendar and post regularly (announcements, testimonials, class schedules, seasonal promotions)
- Create graphics and short videos in both French and English
- Plan and run paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) for key enrollment periods
- Improve the website's SEO to boost local visibility
- Respond to messages and comments, and build a strong relationship with our parent community
- Track performance metrics (website and social media) and adjust strategy accordingly
- Work with the team to align content with the class and promotion calendar
What We're Looking For
- Experience managing a website and social media accounts
- Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken
- Comfortable with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and basic SEO concepts
- Creative, self-driven, and well organized
- Interest in education is a plus
