We are looking for a part-time Sales Associate to join our team.
The ideal candidate is outgoing, upbeat, reliable, and confident working with clients. Sales experience is required, along with a strong sense of personal style, professionalism, and warmth. This role is best suited to someone who is comfortable working independently, as you will often be on your own in the boutique. We are looking for someone who can take initiative, stay engaged, manage the flow of the store, and create a warm, polished client experience with minimal direction.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service in a welcoming and polished manner
- Building genuine relationships with clients
- Assisting customers with styling, fit, and wardrobe selections
- Supporting daily store operations, merchandising, and presentation
- Working independently and as part of a small team
- Maintaining the standards and atmosphere of the LeslieJane brand
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous sales experience, preferably in fashion, retail, luxury goods, or a service-based environment
- A positive, outgoing, and professional personality
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to work well independently and within a team
- A natural interest in fashion, quality garments, craftsmanship, and client experience
- Reliability, initiative, and attention to detail
This is a part-time position with a beautiful, established boutique and a loyal customer base. We are looking for someone who enjoys people, takes pride in their work, and understands the importance of creating a memorable shopping experience.
