The HR & Admin. Generalist contributes to the success of the UNI-ONE FOOD GROUP business in Montreal by maximizing HR operational approaches through talent acquisition and personnel management, and implementing administrative order management, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for execution of the Admin & HR initiatives, including but not limited to office administration, recruiting and new hires onboarding process, attendance record and payroll, and daily personnel management.
- Execute the HR standardization process in steps and come into effect, including policies and procedures, job descriptions and SOPs, etc.
- Be supportive to business operation and development potential through effective local recruiting channels and resources.
- Responsible for all administrative guest order operations, including issuing, revising and returning orders.
- Other Administrative tasks as per instructions.
Qualifications/Requirements
- 2 years plus of hands-on HR and Administration experience preferred;
- Full or partial experience of HR functions preferred, especially talent acquisition, attendance and payroll, personnel management.
- Decent understanding of diversified talent markets.
- Proficient in Mandarin (a must) and French (preferred)
- Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated computer proficiency.
- Solid presentation and interpersonal skills required.
