Bright Star Auto is a busy and growing auto body repair shop in North York, Ontario. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Office Administrator / Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Schedule appointments and coordinate vehicle repairs
- Communicate with insurance companies, appraisers, and rental car companies
- Manage emails, invoices, and office documentation
- Follow up with customers regarding repair status
- Assist with general office administration and daily operations
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional and positive attitude
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer skills (Email, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous office or customer service experience is an asset
- Automotive industry experience is an asset but not required
