Plaza Kia is GROWING and we are looking for a Parts Driver & Advisor to Join our Team!
As a parts advisor, you are the point of contact for the technicians and counter customers, providing quotes on parts and accessories and filling technician orders. You are also the Parts Driver, giving you point-to-point contact with wholesale vendors and customers
Duties:
- Organize and transport/deliver automotive parts and accessories
- Organize and maintain inventory of automotive parts and accessories
- Assist customers in identifying and selecting the appropriate parts for their vehicles
- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and providing product information
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales goals and targets
- Use sales management tools, such as Excel, to track and analyze sales data
- Market new products and promotions to increase sales
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage inventory and keep track of parts
- Basic math skills for processing sales transactions and calculating pricing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Must possess a clean driving record and a G license.
- Job Rate: $17.20 per hour
